Dataware and UA win NSF PFI AIR-TT Grant
Rick Snodgrass, Corey Smith, and Saumya Debray have just been awarded a $200K National Science Foundation (NSF) PFI Accelerating Innovation Research (AIR)-Technology Transfer (TT) grant. The goal of the grant is to help commercialize technology created in a university setting. In the grant, which is titled "Improving Data Base Management System Performance Through Micro-Specialization," Dataware will act as the industry partner to develop said technology, receiving $96K of the funds to do so.
